Learn Photography at NYFA
NYFA’s photography programs introduce the next generation of visual artists to the technology and visual language of digital photography. In these hands-on kids photography camps, students aged 10-13 can explore the exciting creative world of photography through fun, compelling projects. NYFA currently offers in-person, on-campus summer camps and weekend camps. We also offer online programs on a seasonal basis.
Photography Summer
Camps: Level I
In our level-one camps, students have the opportunity to learn from our faculty of working industry professionals, shooting and editing their own images.
NYFA will supply each student with a DSLR camera to use during the program. At the end of the camp, students receive a copy of their photography on a USB drive. While some of our kids camps offer level-two programs, our photography camps are currently available as level-one programs only.
